Returns & Refund

Items may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. All swimwear returns must have the hygienic seal intact. All returned items must be sent back to Sbartclothes within one month of the refund or exchange request. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for unsaleable returned items.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

▪ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned to us in the same condition as they were sent to you.

▪ Returns must be accompanied by the packing slip received with the item. If you do not have access to a printer and have lost the packing slip, you can write down your name, order number, and the items you are returning. You must include the order number for each item. Returns without this information will not be accepted.

▪ Please make sure to place the items you are returning in a plastic mailing bag or box to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

▪ Sbartclothes is not responsible for personal data or items left behind in returned merchandise.

▪ Claims for lost items or items damaged in transit must be made within 7 working days of receiving the merchandise.

▪ Please ensure that the wetsuit is completely dry inside and out, otherwise there will be a delay in processing your return for hygiene reasons.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Before shipping your item back, we recommend that you review the complete return guidelines below:

▪ Email us at [email protected] . Please include your order number and a list of the items you are returning.

▪ Include all printed materials and accessories along with the original packaging of the product. If you still have the original packaging, please include a copy of the packing slip.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. To ensure we receive your return, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. If you would like our staff to make a return label for you, we can deduct the cost of the return label from your refund.

EXCHANGES

▪ We can only exchange items that are returned in good condition.

▪ If you require an exchange, we will contact you within 5-7 business days of receiving your item.

▪ When you request an exchange, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but this is subject to item availability. If no items are available for exchange, we will contact you to discuss what action you would like to take.

REFUNDS

You will receive an email confirmation that your refund has been processed.

All refunds are made to the original payment method. Funds usually take 3 – 5 business days (from the date of processing) to appear in your account. The exact time depends on the card issuer and may take longer for international card issuers.

Any postage costs associated with the original shipment will only be refunded if Sbartclothes deems the product defective.

Please note that for shipments outside the United States, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We attempt to inspect each item before shipping, but sometimes we may miss a defect. If the item you are returning is damaged in any way, please let us know by emailing: [email protected]

Items Missing from Package
If any item is missing from your package, we apologize and will gladly provide a replacement. If an item is missing, please email [email protected] within 7 business days of receiving your item. We will replace it with a replacement of the same size/color at our expense.

I strive to provide the most accurate information possible on my website, but human and technical errors may occur. I am not responsible for typographical errors, pricing, availability, inaccuracies or omissions in product descriptions or images. Please note that the display and settings of a customer’s electronic device may alter the color of a product. We are not responsible for delivery times, delays, and currency exchange rate fluctuations. I reserve the right to correct, change, or update the content on my website without prior notice.
